This policy describes how the Android app All Document Reader handles information. It is written for this app.

1. Who we are
All Document Reader is a document reader and toolkit on your phone. You can open PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files; scan paper; merge, split, compress, lock, and unlock PDFs; and use Ask AI for summaries and questions.
AifinityStudio does not ask you to create an account. We do not run a user database of your documents. We do not host your files on our servers.
2. What stays on your device
These items are stored on the phone or tablet only: recent and favourite file names and paths; language and theme; cached Premium status; an AI key you paste yourself (optional); and files you create (merged PDFs, scans, compressed PDFs, images).
Opening, editing, printing, sharing, merging, splitting, compressing, locking, unlocking, and scanning happen on the device. Those actions do not upload the file to AifinityStudio. Uninstalling removes app settings. Files you saved in device storage stay until you delete them.
3. What leaves the device
Ask AI and Summarize
Only when you tap Ask AI or Summarize does document text leave the device. The app sends extracted text from the open file (long files are truncated), or structured Excel stats (totals, column names, top records), plus your question and recent chat if you are in Ask AI.
That request goes over HTTPS to OpenRouter or Groq when a cloud key is configured. Google Gemini is used only if you paste your own Gemini key. If you paste your own OpenRouter or Groq key, that key is stored in app settings and used for cloud answers.
If cloud AI fails, Summarize falls back to on-device analysis. Chat needs a working cloud provider. AifinityStudio does not train models on your documents. If you never tap Ask AI or Summarize, this text is not sent.
Ads and purchases
Free users see Google AdMob ads, including an optional rewarded video for one AI use. Google may collect advertising ID, approximate location from IP, device type, language, time zone, and ad diagnostics. Ads are hidden while Premium is active.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly Premium go through Google Play Billing. We never receive your full card number.

You can deny a permission. The feature that needs it will stay off. Camera is optional, so phones without a camera can still install the app. Scanner stays off until a camera is available.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide the reader, PDF tools, scanner, and AI answers you request; remember recents, favourites, language, and theme; show ads to free users; confirm Premium through Google Play; and show an ads consent form in the EEA/UK. We do not sell your documents or personal information.
6. Ads consent (EEA / UK)
Google User Messaging Platform lets you accept or reject non-essential ads. Google: policies.google.com/privacy. OpenRouter: openrouter.ai/privacy. Groq: groq.com/privacy-policy.
7. Children
The app is for general productivity use. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

AifinityStudio does not operate a document cloud. We do not sell personal information.
9. Retention and security
App settings stay until you clear storage or uninstall. Created files stay in device storage until you delete them. Ads, purchases, and AI requests are kept by Google, OpenRouter, or Groq under their policies. Those calls use HTTPS.
10. Your rights
Most data never leaves the device. You can delete files, clear app storage, uninstall, turn off ads personalisation in Google Settings, or email contact@aifinitystudio.com. Requests about Play or AdMob data usually go to Google.
11. International transfers
Ask AI, ads, and purchases are processed by OpenRouter, Groq, and Google. Those companies may handle data on servers outside your country, under their own contracts and safeguards. AifinityStudio does not run a separate overseas document database.
12. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
